I have extensive knowledge and experience in high rise, low rise and resort, at corporate and group level. I was doing project development, M&E with FL&S design, kitchen and laundry briefing, project management, construction supervision, opening with test & commissioning (handover), operating and as well renovations for over 20 years.

 

Having worked with ACCOR/Sofitel brand, ITT Sheraton (later STARWOOD) 'luxury collection', Banyan Tree & Angsana (at early stages and while creating the Angsana brand), Six Senses & Soneva (including Evason brand for 10 years and having done all properties openings single handed), with Dusit International (Dusit Thani, Deverana, Dusit Princess and d2 brand) and lately with Al Khozama Hospitality (an King Faisal NPO at Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), with Lebua Hotels & Resorts and working now with Absolute Hotels Services/AHS (branded: Eastin and   Eastin Grande, U- Hotels & Resorts, Travelodge and Vienna House).

My proven track record covers ISO 9000 certification, NFPA design, EarthCheck benchmarking & certification, Fire Life & Safety implementation and full upgrade of all related systems (control, CCTV, fire detection and fire protection), Capex and Renovations and most important energy saving on a group wide level. The energy savings achievements on a group wide project level, where 13% year-by-year reduction compared to the year before (average by guest night data), over 30% for water and over 20% for waste reductions.

 

I have developed full sets of disciplines & policies, procedures, standards and manuals for ACCOR (Asia Pacific),  Banyan Tree & Angsana, Six Senses & Soneva and complete new set for Dusit International and Al Khozama Hospitality.
